1. Reservation & Payment
All reservations require a signed agreement and payment in accordance with the terms outlined in your lease. Rates are subject to change prior to booking confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations in the event of non-payment, misrepresentation, or misuse.

2. Lease Terms & Extensions
Minimum stay is 30 days. Extensions are subject to availability and must be requested in writing prior to your lease end date. Early departures may result in additional fees as outlined in your agreement.

3. Use of Property
Our furnished apartments are for residential use only. Guests must maintain the property in good condition and comply with all community rules and regulations. Subleasing and unauthorized guests are prohibited.

4. Pet Policy
Only approved pets are allowed in pet-friendly units, as specified in your lease. Additional fees and cleaning charges may apply.

5. Liability
Concierge Furnished Living is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Tenants are encouraged to secure renters insurance if desired.

6. Website Content
All content on our website is the property of Concierge Furnished Living and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Changes to Terms
